Joe and Helen are back from a most enjoyable week in the UK, with parents, celebrating Helen’s 60th Birthday and the joy of being happy, healthy and able to enjoy family times.
Tomorrow (Saturday) Paul is leading the 5 stages class at 8:45am (Transformation with Continuing Education) then Helen is leading a moving experience with the music of Queen Latifah.
Helen’s Birthday class (Feb 17th) is followed by our monthly Cuppa. Helen’s parents will be attending! They are flying in to accompany us on our annual Vegas/St Jude fundraiser 1/2 marathon trip. Please consider supporting our the Fundraiser. (every $1 counts)
