Helen is in Seattle, with Joe, visiting Liliana and Carter, then heading to the cabin on Sunday.
Tomorrow is a “big experiment” day where Helen is teaching both classes (8:45 and 10:00am), ONLINE, broadcasting from Liliana’s homo. We hope you can join us for Sensuous Healing and “Flounce”, with music from Sade.
This upcoming week will be a mix of maintenance at the cabin, enjoying hikes and exploring more “Hiking retreats” we hope to develop with Soma Friends and Clients.
The Soma Lake Cushman Cabin is now fully booked through August! Let us know if you’d like to escape later in the year (or next Summer!) to a COOL place (in many ways)
