Maria Skinner, will be providing her Be Soul Dance at 10am Central this Saturday, January 11.
Maria brings a wealth of experience to her dance and classes including Nia Technique (former teacher and trainer), Ageless Grace (reknowned teacher and Trainer) and deep passion for music.
Although new to our 30 and 365 day journey programs, Maria is not new to Helen or Somatic Movement. They have been dancing, collaborating and hosting each other for special events for over 20 years.

Maria Skinner is a BeSoul™ Dance and Dance Spells™ Founder and an Ageless Grace Brain Health Fitness Trainer & Educator. She is the founder of Embodied Astrology, bringing somatic awareness to the astrological map and has been in practice for over 30 years. Maria is the author of Living High Like a Tree and co-authored the Spanish translation of Our Bodies, Ourselves – Nuestros Cuerpos, Nuestras Vidas – and contributed to My Hungry Head by Marybeth Sherrin.
